This proposal suggests a simple way to help reinvigorate decaying suburbs- urbanize them! By inserting ADUs (accessory dwelling units) alongside existing homes, new residents are given ownership of their portion of the block, safety is increased with more eyes on the street, and the added density enriches the tax base and reinvigorates the neighborhood.
